              - Propagation and bed preparation (including a model of a Lasagna Garden)

              - Make and take home Certified Organic Fertilizer (C. O. F.)

              - Foliar Feeding

              - Basics of Composting

              - Actual hands-on plant basics with strawberry bed here at Fort Cross

 

          You bring:
         - picnic lunch

          - gloves

              - hand trowel or hoe

              - clothing for the weather (Julian can get cold)

 

        You Take Home:
          - a sample of C.O.F.

              - a strawberry plant starter

              - enough knowledge to last as long as you can hold onto it, and to get you hooked on growing this amazing plant!
