Important Info
1. All sales are final. No refunds or time/date transfers allowed unless event is cancelled by Fort Cross. If Fort Cross does cancel an event due to inclement weather or low sign ups, then a refund will be issued in the form of a discount code for future use.
2. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
3. Have your proof of purchase ready when checking in.
4. Please do not be late for your reservation time. Activities will not be repeated for late arrivals.

Tickets
No paper tickets will be sent. An order confirmation with a 4-digit order number, is all that is needed to check-in.
