Julian Autumn Jubilee
            FAQ

Hand washing stations are available throughout the property, as well as hand sanitizer.

- What are the hours of the Julian Autumn Jubilee?
Saturdays 10 am – 5 pm; Sunday 11 am – 5 pm. September 18 - October 30, 2020.
However, the Adventure Package area closes at 4:00 pm, and we close up activities for the Festival Package at 4:45 pm.

- When I purchase my tickets online, how will I receive them?
An automated email from Ecwid is sent to the email address that you submit on the purchase page. That email will include your 4-digit order #. The order # is all we really need to get your group checked in.
Do not be alarmed by your email with order confirmation being in the "Awaiting Processing" status. It will be marked "Delivered" when you check in, or after the date of your reservation has passed.

- Can I purchase individual activities?
Yes! Fairy & Dinosaur Garden Making is priced at $15, $20, and $25 while supplies last.
Although we do not sell individual activities for the Festival Package and the Adventure Package, we do offer the Festival Package wristband for $20 after 3:00 pm, and $15 after 3:45 pm. Limited activities are available with the discounted package price.

- How long will it take to complete the activities in each package?
The Festival Package takes approximately 2.5-3 hours to complete, although we encourage you to take your time and spend the day if you'd like. The Adventure Package usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour. But as the archery and tomahawk throwing are offered as unlimited (during a single visit; no leaving and coming back), the time it takes varies depending on how long you want to do it.

- What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final. No refunds and no transfers for this event. We apologize for any inconvenience.

- For the Festival Activity Package, do I need to show up at a certain time, or can I show up to participate in the activities that I’ve purchased anytime throughout the day?
Yes. Please be present for check-in at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time as you may miss out on some activities if you are late.
Online reservations are available for you to have a more organized and relaxed experience so that overcrowding at activity stations is not an issue.
In order to avoid overcrowding, we may not be able to accommodate missed activities for late arrivals, as many of the activities are on a rotating schedule. But if space allows, we will do our very best to make sure you don't miss out on anything!!

Although we do prefer you to purchase a time slot ahead of time online, walk-ins are also very welcome if space allows.

- For the Adventure Package, do I need to show up at a certain time, or can I show up to participate in the activities that I’ve purchased anytime throughout the day?
This is a very popular activity package and it can become overly crowded very easily with only 3 activity areas.

Please be present for check-in at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. Your spot may be forfeit if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation time for this package.

- Do I need to purchase activities online or can I show up and purchase activities when I arrive?
You are welcome to purchase activities when you arrive and we will fit you into the rotation if there is availability. We do recommend purchasing ahead of time online to guarantee availability and to make the check-in process move quickly.
Also, we have made discounts available for early bird purchasing.

- Do I have to pay for activities if I just want to walk around?
Yes, there is a $5 admission to walk around and enjoy the property that can be paid at the check-in table. Although none of the activities included in either activity package is included in the $5 admission price, there will be several activities available that you can do during the event at any time, including: lawn games, tire swings, lilac maze, walking trails, etc.

- Can I purchase activities for my kids and let them do them by themselves?
Children 13 years old and under must be accompanied by a paying adult, that has purchased the same package, in order to participate in either of the activity packages. Adult supervision is extremely important at all times.

- I have young children, do I have to pay for them?
For each paying adult, one child 3 years old and younger is free to accompany. Each child under 3 years and younger after that is $5 each to accompany a paying adult. This price can be paid at check-in.
This will give access into the petting zoo, reptile show, hoedown, and hayride. Although the candle dipping, and craft would not be included for them, the parent will usually allow their accompanying child to take their place for those activities.

- Are the activities only for kids?

Definitely not! The Festival Activity Package is intended for all ages. The Adventure Package (archery, tomahawk throwing, slingshots) is intended for anyone able to operate and hold the equipment properly; usually elementary aged kids and adults.

- Is the property wheelchair accessible?

There are no stairs to hinder a wheelchair, however there are some inclines throughout the property with rugged terrain that may be difficult for a wheelchair to get through.

- Are dogs allowed?

Woohoo yes! We love puppies of all ages. You already know they need to be on a leash, but please feel free to bring them! Except in the petting zoo and reptile area… Please do not bring them in there (duh).

- Is there food available for purchase?
We have food vendors scheduled for all October weekends.
We will have snacks and drinks for sale, but if you are interested in eating a meal then there are plenty of choices within walking distance of Fort Cross! Across the street is
Cocina De Luz. A few lots over, there is Heroes Wood-Fired Pizza, as well as Jeremy's on the Hill
You are also more than welcome to bring your own lunch and picnic on the grass or at one of the picnic tables.
Each person must pay $5 admission or purchase activity package in order to picnic.

- Do you offer a military/first responder discount?
Yes! Active and retired military personnel who are present with the group will receive 20% off full-priced activity package pricing for up to 4 people. If you purchase online, please show us a valid ID upon arrival and you will be refunded the difference back into your account. Discount not valid on retail items.

- Will we be able to sample the cider at the u-press cider making station?
No, I am sorry. We are not allowed to offer cider samples due to county health and safety regulations.
But Julian apple cider from Apple Lane Orchard will be available for purchase, while supplies last.
